Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the rules for refunds for individual and corporate training programs.
1. General Refund Rules
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under special circumstances mentioned below.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to gentle.mahesh@gmail.com.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
2. Refund Policy for Individual Training (Students & Professionals)
Refund may be considered only if:
The student requests cancellation within 3 days of enrollment, and
Has attended no more than one session.
No refund is provided if:
The student has attended more than one class.
The student discontinues due to personal reasons (schedule issues, relocation, exams, job change, etc.).
The student delays the course beyond the allowed duration.
Batch Change: Allowed once, subject to seat availability.
3. Refund Policy for Corporate Training
Before Training Begins
50% refund if the client cancels 7 or more days before the training start date.
No refund if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled training.
After Training Begins
No refund once training sessions have started.
Rescheduling is allowed only with mutual agreement.
